Opening times
Haugastøl 1000 MOH is open for accommodation 365 days a year, with different services depending on the season.In summer season, common areas, restaurant and reception are open.
In shoulder season you can rent an apartment, but no common areas, reception or restaurant are available.
Summer season with restaurant runs from 27 June to 13 September. Shoulder season applies from 14 September.
All meals must be booked in advance. More about our food offer on food & drinks.
Our rates and packages
Accommodation only
The price includes accommodation only – no meals.If you want dinner, it must be booked at least 2 days in advance. Dinner for staying guests costs NOK 490 and breakfast NOK 210 (separate prices for children).

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included.
Half board
This rate includes accommodation with a two-course dinner. Dinner is served at 19:00. Breakfast is served 08:00–10:00.You can make packed lunches for an additional fee (per slice).
If you booked this rate, you do not need to confirm dinner again.

Self-service accommodation
In shoulder season you can rent an apartment, but no common areas, reception or restaurant are available.The nearest grocery shop is at Ustaoset, 13 km east.
We meet you on arrival, or leave a key card out by agreement.

Rallar package
The package includes:- Two nights in your chosen apartment at Haugastøl (see your confirmation email for apartment type)
- Up to two days rental of a Rallar Haugastøl bike (other models available for an upgrade fee)
- One train ticket Haugastøl to Finse or Hallingskeid - One train ticket Flåm to Haugastøl (including Flåmsbana) - Bed linen, towels and final cleaning of the apartment If you want dinner served, book this separately from the package. Last chance to book meals is two days before arrival. Dinner is served at 19:00. Rallar package guests have table seating at 20:15 on day 2.
If you did not specify a bike type, Rallar Haugastøl Unisex is reserved for you.
Panniers can be rented on arrival at NOK 125 per bag.
Minipackage
The package includes:- One or two nights in your chosen apartment at Haugastøl (bookable with one or two nights – see your confirmation for what you booked)
- One day bike rental incl. train Haugastøl–Finse for the bike - One train ticket Haugastøl to Finse - Bed linen, towels and final cleaning of the apartment If you want dinner served, book this separately from the package. Last chance to book meals is two days before arrival. Dinner is served at 19:00.
If you did not specify a bike type, Rallar Haugastøl Unisex is reserved for you.
Panniers can be rented on arrival at NOK 100 per bag.
We cannot rent helmets, but we sell good helmets in our shop from NOK 499.
